gratin dauphinois 😋
Here is my recipe :
Ingredients:
-potatoes
-garlic
-cream (liquid cream or solid cream + bit of milk to make it liquid)
0) Pre-heat oven 200°C
1) Peel and cut potatoes in very fine slices. Peel garlic and cut it in half
2) With the garlic, energicaly rub the container inside which you will make the gratin (rub bottom and side)
3) Add the potatoes, cream, salt and pepper and stir everything well. Put enough cream to cover the potatoes entirely
4) Add the garlic halves inside
5) Cook for 30-40min in the oven
6) Enjoy 😋
